Once you've been awarded your most recent asset with your LOBCHANGE, it's time to retrieve your LOBCHANGE Certificate as a broker, Lob-Invest or Lob-Franchisor. This certificate serves as proof of your ownership and allows you to proceed with the necessary arrangements for management and selling operations.

Here's a breakdown of the steps to create your LOBCHANGE certificate: 

  1. Sign into your account via that link:  https://www.lobchange.com/pricing-plans/list

  2. Access your account profile and select one of the available plans.

  3. Make the payment.

  4. Once payment is made, please contact the phone number and/or/e-mail address listed for further pickup instructions.  

  5. Choose your available schedule for the training program;

  6. Complete the program and get your professional certificate as broker, Lob-Invest or Lob-Franchisor.
